About The Position

At Redemption Plus, our sales team helps entertainment venues increase revenue through smarter merchandising and prize programs. The BDR role is the front line of our growth engine. You’ll connect with business owners, start meaningful conversations, and create opportunities that turn into long-term partnerships. If you enjoy winning conversations, opening doors, and building pipeline, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Confident speaking with business owners
  • Highly organized and disciplined with activity
  • Competitive and motivated by performance goals
  • Curious about business and revenue strategy
  • 1–2 years of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to entertainment venues across the U.S.
  • Sending personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualifying owners and operators for potential partnerships
  • Booking meetings for our Account Executives
  • Managing activity and pipeline inside Salesforce
