The Automotive Business Development Center Appointment Setter provides exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services on the phone and via the internet and set appointments for customers to come into the dealership to meet with our sales staff to make their purchase. In addition, they promote the company's full array of products and services and will develop, implement, and continuously engage in sound strategies to meet stated business goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales targets. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or inside sales experience. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
