In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team. Requirements

  • 2+ years proven track record with lead generation, cold calling or related experience.
  • Skilled in calling on large corporations, breaking through the gatekeepers, and capturing the interest of C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude!

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Construction Project Management is a plus.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through high-volume outbound calls, targeted emails, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Making 80+ calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline across all markets
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
  • Schedule introductions/meetings for sales, assign leads, and ensure timely follow up.
  • Conduct research on prospective accounts to identify needs, create targeted lists, and craft compelling emails and scripts.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Projectmates’ products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Training on best practices and research techniques and keeping up to date with industry knowledge.
  • Deliver consistent activity to achieve monthly and quarterly goals and objectives.
  • Understand the business, needs, and the buying cycle of the leads, building and nurturing preliminary relationships.
