CyCognito is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build pipeline across the US East and Central regions. This role is focused on outbound prospecting into strategic accounts, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for Regional Sales Managers. You’ll work independently, manage high activity across phone, email, and social, and partner closely with the field team to execute territory plans. This is a remote, quota-carrying role with uncapped earning potential. As a BDR, you’ll engage both outbound prospects and inbound leads to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline across the US East and Central regions. You’ll run multi-channel outreach, qualify interest quickly, and partner with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to turn demand into pipeline.
