Requirements

• Minimum Requirements - 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
• Demonstrated expertise in phone-based communication, lead qualification, and relationship building techniques
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
• Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Research and identify new business opportunities using CRM systems, industry databases, and online resources
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities for our sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and track activities in our CRM system
• Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to our product and marketing teams
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
