About The Position

Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Person) Company: CF Outsourcing Solutions About CF Outsourcing CF Outsourcing Solutions partners with healthcare organizations to streamline operations through compliant, scalable outsourcing solutions. We support clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups with services including Remote Staffing, Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Intake, Administrative Support, Digital Operations, and more-helping teams focus on patient care while we handle the operational backbone. The Role We're seeking a driven, energetic, people-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Las Vegas team. This is an in-person role focused on initiating conversations, building relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. The BDR will be on the front lines of our growth, representing CF Outsourcing Solutions to healthcare decision-makers and positioning our services as long-term solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Interest in healthcare, outsourcing, or BPO solutions (experience is a plus, not required)
  • Ability to work in person from our Las Vegas office
  • Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage healthcare organizations through outbound calls, emails, and in-person outreach
  • Qualify leads by understanding operational challenges related to staffing and operational workflows
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales leaders
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline notes in the CRM
  • Attend local networking events, meetings, and industry functions as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting goals
