We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build our sales pipeline by having real conversations and turning them into qualified sales meetings. This role is focused on early-stage sales and outbound prospecting. You’ll qualify inbound and marketing leads, re-engage warm prospects, and run targeted outbound outreach using an account-based approach. A meaningful portion of your work will involve cold calling and follow-up with small business owners, many of them blue-collar operators. If you enjoy talking to people, asking good questions, and opening doors for the sales team, this role will be a strong fit.
