About The Position

At Advisor360°, we are revolutionizing the wealth management industry with cutting-edge technology. One of our newest innovations, Parrot AI, helps financial advisors unlock insights from client conversations by securely capturing, summarizing, and surfacing actionable intelligence from meetings. As our Product Team continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious, high-energy Business Development Representatives to help introduce Parrot AI to new clients and build pipeline for this emerging product line.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, FinTech, or AI experience preferred).
  • Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and how it can transform advisor and client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Parrot AI.
  • Educate prospects on the value of AI-driven meeting insights, advisor efficiency, and improved client engagement.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms.
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows, documentation, follow-ups, and scalability.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine Parrot AI messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360° and Parrot AI, representing our mission, values, and innovation in every interaction.
