About The Position

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional focused on driving qualified opportunities and supporting revenue growth through strategic outreach. The Business Development Representative will conduct research, identify key decision-makers, and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting the biotech, GLP-1, peptide, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. You will manage CRM systems, track pipeline metrics, and generate high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Success in this role requires persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize outreach. Working fully remotely within U.S. Eastern Time, you will join a fast-paced, goal-oriented team that values accountability, collaboration, and measurable results. This position offers an opportunity to directly influence the sales pipeline and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and booked meetings.
  • Experience prospecting into healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or technical industries.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Monday.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM/sales tools.
  • Skilled in cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and account-based prospecting (ABM).
  • Familiarity with performance metrics, conversion tracking, and pipeline reporting.

  • Experience in GLP-1, peptide, biotech, pharmaceutical, or scientific/technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to biotech, pharmaceutical, peptide, GLP-1, and healthcare organizations across the U.S.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at the C-level, VP, and Director levels.
  • Execute campaigns via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn/social selling.
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities to support Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead lists, account research, and CRM data for pipeline visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize outreach performance, meeting KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging, prospecting strategies, and handoff processes.
