Requirements

  • STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful
  • Hospice experience required
  • Minimum two years of healthcare sales or marketing experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Formal education in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-based referral development plan
  • Conduct consistent external marketing visits within assigned service area
  • Document all marketing activities in CRM within 24 hours
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations representing Hillcrest services
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
  • Gather referral data and assist families through the admission process
  • Provide after-hours and weekend referral coverage as scheduled
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial qualifications and admission criteria to guide families appropriately
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share and strengthen referral pipelines
