Duties and Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership. Make customer service appointments Look up customer service records and advise of services and warranty accordingly Verify customer vehicle status Conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner on the phone or in person with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates. Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate. May be responsible for clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating. May be responsible for general administrative/support staff duties as assigned by Management Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent Receive inbound inquiries, routing calls to appropriate staff and making inbound appointments Patient and pleasant when faced with challenging customers Must speak, read and write English clearly. Bilingual is a plus, but not required Automotive experience a plus, but not required Team player - dependable You type 40 – 45 WPM in order to capture new customer information efficiently Comfort and familiarity with using and learning various software applications Working Conditions: Working conditions are consistent with working in an office
