Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new service business
  • Educate customers on our service capabilities, benefits, and current promotions
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and service-related activities in our CRM/DMS
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Participate in training to stay current on products and sharpen your sales skills
  • Meet or exceed monthly service goals and performance targets
