As we expand our Business Development team, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Inbound Business Development Representative to manage and qualify all inbound interest, partner-referred leads, and structured follow-up for marketing campaigns, webinars, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging prospects early, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional first-touch experience. You'll work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are smoothly handed off, help grow pipeline across global markets, and provide market insights that help shape our go-to-market strategy. You will be a critical link in Worksoft's pipeline engine ensuring that inbound demand, marketing investments, and partner referrals convert into high-quality sales opportunities.
