About The Position

As we expand our Business Development team, we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Inbound Business Development Representative to manage and qualify all inbound interest, partner-referred leads, and structured follow-up for marketing campaigns, webinars, and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging prospects early, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional first-touch experience. You'll work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are smoothly handed off, help grow pipeline across global markets, and provide market insights that help shape our go-to-market strategy. You will be a critical link in Worksoft's pipeline engine ensuring that inbound demand, marketing investments, and partner referrals convert into high-quality sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Up to 2 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or marketing follow-up role
  • Strong communicator with confidence engaging senior personas
  • Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM tools, or intent platforms

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, website form fills, and high-intent leads
  • Execute structured 24–48 hour follow-up for webinars, events, campaigns, and partner programs
  • Qualify prospects using ICP criteria and strong discovery techniques
  • Personalize messaging based on industry, persona, and application landscape
  • Maintain SLA discipline for all marketing-driven follow-up
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure clean handoffs and nurture progression
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity, SQL, and pipeline goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of Worksoft's platform, competitive landscape, and value propositions
  • Provide actionable insights to marketing on messaging resonance, persona behavior, and campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities, insights, and qualification notes in CRM
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
