Now, we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to help even more businesses discover AvaHR. This isn’t about cold calling lists or hard selling — it’s about connection, guidance, and problem-solving.

  • Jumping on calls and Zoom demos with interested prospects (leads come to you!).
  • Understanding each business’s hiring challenges and showing them how AvaHR can help.
  • Walking trial users through our platform so they get real results fast.
  • Following up with leads to answer questions, overcome roadblocks, and celebrate wins.
  • Teaming up with our Customer Success crew to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer success (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Great presentation skills over video.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • A consultative sales style — you ask, listen, and guide.
  • Comfort using CRM tools to manage leads and track conversations.
