The Business Development Representative is a high-impact, pipeline-generating role at the front end of our commercial organization. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and enterprise advertisers. This is not a script-reading, dial-for-volume seat. We are looking for someone who can research intelligently, craft compelling outreach, and start conversations with senior decision-makers around media performance, measurement, and predictive intelligence. You will partner closely with the President and senior commercial leadership to open and qualify opportunities that advance into strategic sales cycles. You will also help refine messaging, sharpen outreach, and build the commercial muscle that supports long-term career growth. You will be trained on Mogul & Co.’s positioning, outreach frameworks, and commercial playbooks so you can represent the company with confidence and precision.
