We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify, engage, and qualify high-potential companies that are actively hiring or approaching inflection points. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop real sales instincts, learn how founders buy professional services, and build a career in B2B services, recruiting, or talent advisory . This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR role. You’ll be expected to think, research, personalize, and communicate like a professional.
