Requirements

  • Customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfort using CRM systems and service-related software
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms
  • Gathering customer information and understanding service needs or concerns
  • Scheduling service appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity
  • Coordinating closely with service advisors and technicians to maximize efficiency
  • Confirming and reminding customers of upcoming service appointments
  • Following established BDC processes and best practices
  • Delivering a consistently positive and professional customer experience
  • Supporting additional duties as assigned
