Business Development Representatives (BDR) work hand in hand with customers and Service Advisors to ensure vehicles are maintained and safely operatable. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments and creating Repair Orders while maintaining an efficient and achievable shop schedule. The dealership is an “at-will” employer, meaning that your employment has no specific term, and that the employment relationship may be terminated at any time at the will of either party on notice to the other. Nothing contained in your commission (compensation/pay) plan should be understood to alter the nature of the at-will employment relationship or create a contract of employment for a specific term.
