About The Position

You know how to get the meeting. We'll help close the deal. This is a rare opportunity for a proven sales pro who wants to earn trust, make an impact, and grow into a full-cycle sales role. Flex-Able Solutions provides top-tier fractional support in finance and human resources, and we’re looking for someone who can open doors with confidence. You must have a track record of success initiating conversations with small business owners and presidents. You know how to earn trust, uncover opportunities, and have done it through cold calling, networking, and social selling. Experience selling services or consultative solutions into growing businesses is a strong plus. This is a business development–focused role to start. You’ll prospect, qualify, and initiate sales conversations. As you demonstrate results, you’ll take on more of the sales process from first contact to close. You work well independently, understand the importance of sales activity metrics, and thrive in an environment where expectations are clear and accountability matters. This is a hybrid role based in the Twin Cities. Occasional in-person meetings and team collaboration will be expected. You’ve previously earned at least $150K—80% of target earnings in base and commissions, and you’re motivated to earn more.
