Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development / Recruiter to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying potential clients and expanding our client base. Additionally, the Business Development / Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our staffing needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting Business Development or recruiting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Familiarity with recruiting methods and best practices
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Executives with identifying and targeting new clients and markets to expand business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop recruitment strategies
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Negotiate job offers and provide support throughout the hiring process
  • Meet and exceed business development and recruitment targets
