We solve pain that creates organizational risk: • Operational failure points • HR and compliance instability • Financial blind spots • AI transformation risk • Leadership bandwidth collapse • Scaling without infrastructure Clients come to us because their business is growing faster than their systems. We fix that—with advisory, workflow redesign, operational systems, HR architecture, and AI-enabled efficiency. ⸻ This is a strategic Business Development function, not a cold-pitch role. You will: • Lead outbound and targeted BD efforts for one vertical we assign and equip • Engage decision-makers in high-trust, consultative conversations • Apply Exemplar’s diagnostic framework to identify operational, people, or financial risk • Use approved messaging, processes, and CRM documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity • Schedule and qualify strategy sessions with founders, COOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and operators • Partner closely with our senior advisors to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel performance • Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and risk-aware communication at all times At Exemplar, BD is the front line of risk administration. We prevent misaligned engagements, safeguard client trust, and ensure accuracy in how prospects are represented. ⸻ Exemplar is a white-glove, white-hat environment. We do not chase. We hire only one BD professional per quarter. When standards are high, the team must be small.
