You will: • Lead outbound and targeted BD efforts for one vertical we assign and equip • Engage decision-makers in high-trust, consultative conversations • Apply Exemplar’s diagnostic framework to identify operational, people, or financial risk • Use approved messaging, processes, and CRM documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity • Schedule and qualify strategy sessions with founders, COOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and operators • Partner closely with our senior advisors to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel performance • Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and risk-aware communication at all times At Exemplar, BD is the front line of risk administration.
