Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 experience in business development within the software industry, with a focus on SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling new business initiatives, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and new customer segments.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform business development strategies and identify gaps in the market that align with our solutions.
  • Formulate, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Create and manage detailed action plans for market entry and revenue growth.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients through targeted outreach and effective negotiation strategies.
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Lead the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance our solutions and market presence.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
  • Provide insights into market needs and trends to influence the development of innovative products and services.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
