About The Position

ExperienceFirst is a global tour operator running experiences in cities including Paris, New York, Barcelona, and Madrid. Historically, we’ve focused on mass-market, direct-to-consumer tours. We’re now expanding into premium private day experiences, which you can learn more about on our premium website (www.experiencefirsttravel.com). We’re currently testing how to grow the premium side of the business through sales via travel advisors. We already have an initial premium product offering in place. What we now need to understand is: which travel advisors are most likely to sell it how to get their attention and build trust what support, messaging, and approach will actually lead to bookings We’re looking for a commercially strong freelance partner to help us test this properly. This role is about knowing how to identify the right people, start the right conversations, and turn interest into real traction. You’ll be focused on targeted outreach, relationship-building, and first-booking conversion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • experience selling into travel, hospitality, or another relationship-led industry
  • experience building a pipeline and converting prospects
  • experience pitching or presenting products / services to external partners
  • confidence working autonomously and being judged on traction, not just activity
