About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Business Development Partner to join our Administration department. The Business Development Partner serves as a key relationship builder with county partners, government officials, and external stakeholders throughout Ohio to strengthen referral pathways, pursue new opportunities, and align services with regulatory, financial, and community needs. This position is responsible for applying strong business insight to guide decision‑making, leveraging knowledge of behavioral health services to support service delivery, driving operational excellence initiatives to improve performance, and leading organizational changes in a dynamic environment. The role also focuses on building and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement and high‑quality operations. Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have at least four years of program development experience.
  • You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • You preferably have an active Ohio LSW or LPC.
