As a Senior Organizational Development Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the organization to shape the Cooperative’s leadership pipeline, succession strategy, and enterprise development priorities. This role leads initiatives that strengthen bench readiness, elevate leadership capability, and ensure future organizational strength.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, industrial organizational psychology, human resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Seven or more years of progressive HR or organizational development experience.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong strategic reasoning skills and the ability to use data and insight to influence decision making.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools and Human Capital Management systems to evaluate and improve talent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead enterprise-wide leadership development and succession strategies that align with business priorities.
  • Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and lead employee engagement strategy, using data to drive measurable results.
  • Lead complex change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact.
  • Design and optimize systems and analytics that measure the effectiveness of OD programs, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strengthen workforce pipeline readiness, including energy career awareness initiatives that support future talent needs.
