Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience required.
  • Ability to attend community events before and after standard business hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a book of business and pipeline of leads that will generate a consistent stream of member growth opportunities.
  • Cultivates relationships with existing partners within the School Districts and local organizations and identifies opportunities to partner with new schools and local organizations.
  • Represents MFCU and presents on behalf of MFCU within the community and at various events.
  • Partners with the branch network team and branches to identify new membership growth opportunities and to develop existing memberships.
  • Develops and executes a business plan to ensure future membership growth and community outreach.
