Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts while building strong relationships with purchasing, operations, marketing, and leadership teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers in the territory. Promote Häfele’s full product portfolio, including functional hardware, kitchen organization solutions, fasteners, and lighting. Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain regular communication with Häfele colleagues regarding dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends. Present new product launches and serve as a knowledgeable resource on Häfele solutions. Participate in team strategy discussions and contribute ideas that support growth and continuous improvement. Advocate for dealer needs, whether sales occur directly or through a manufacturing partner.
