Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and manage marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts with managed care companies, government agencies, and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement
  • Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure consistent message to the customers and the community
