StreamTech is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a proven ability to not only open doors, but close and scale new business in the industrial services sector. This role requires a true hunter mindset that is fearless in prospecting, relentless in pursuit, but equally disciplined in advancing opportunities through the sales cycle to revenue-generating results. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive environment, builds strong customer relationships quickly, and consistently converts opportunities into repeatable, profitable work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business development experience in industrial services, refinery, petrochemical, or related markets
  • Demonstrated track record of closing new business and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of industrial service lines such as hydroblasting, vacuum services, tank cleaning, or environmental services
  • Ability to navigate both corporate and plant-level decision-making structures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across refineries, petrochemical plants, utilities, and industrial facilities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at both corporate and plant levels
  • Conduct targeted outreach, site visits, and networking to expand StreamTech’s market presence
  • Take ownership of opportunities from initial contact through close, execution, and revenue collection
  • Drive clear next steps after every customer interaction (site walks, proposals, technical reviews)
  • Consistently convert meetings and proposals into awarded work
  • Develop strategies to secure larger, repeatable scopes, not just one-off projects
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Focus on high-value, low-risk opportunities aligned with StreamTech’s service offerings
  • Expand service lines within existing accounts (hydroblasting, vacuum services, tank cleaning, environmental services, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure alignment on scope, pricing, and execution
  • Communicate clearly and consistently on job walks, bids, and customer expectations
  • Leverage technical SMEs to strengthen proposals and close rates
