Job Description Location: Eastern Region Reports To: Division Sales Leader - East Sealed Air is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Protective Packaging team. This is a strategic, high-visibility "hunter" role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing net new business across enterprise-level and high-potential accounts within a defined geography. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving growth by bringing Sealed Air's differentiated solutions to customers in industrial packaging and adjacent sectors. After successful acquisition and onboarding of new accounts, the BDM will manage customer relationships for a transitional period before handing off to a local Account Manager to ensure long-term success and continuity.
