Too Sweet Cakes is entering a phase of strategic growth. We are shifting from operational stabilization toward revenue expansion, with a focus on restaurant distribution, wholesale partnerships, and high-impact accounts. This role is designed to create measurable revenue growth while protecting operational margins. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating, securing, and growing self-generated accounts —accounts proactively identified and pursued by the salesperson that materially contribute to Too Sweet Cakes’ revenue and strategic growth. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, selling scalable product offerings, and managing relationships that meet defined impact criteria. This position is hybrid , based in Phoenix, AZ, and requires the ability to travel within Arizona and Oregon to develop client relationships and manage accounts.
