About The Position

At Kole Digital, we're seeking an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new businesses and to ensure the company's financial growth. This role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. The Manager is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations that are a persuasive representation of the company's products/services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or management.
  • Successful track record in B2B, B2C, consultative sales or services, sector account management or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other basic Computer operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage prospective client relationships through networking, negotiations, and persuasion to drive business success.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing efforts to boost brand recognition.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and increase client base.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing strategies.
  • Write business plans and cost assessments for new business developments.
