Requirements

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within a digital agency environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and maximise opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in the US

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling SEO, PPC, or broader digital marketing services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Grow the sales pipeline through a mix of inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual client meetings, responding to queries and presenting tailored solutions
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Client Services team to ensure smooth handovers and strong client onboarding
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IDHL’s services, processes, and commercial positioning
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to inform outreach and strategy
