About The Position

What You’ll Do Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within an assigned territory Prospect new business through outreach, networking, site visits, and relationship-building Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing Develop partnerships with companies, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations Lead facility tours, client meetings, and promotional events Collaborate closely with our Event Planning team to bring group experiences to life Maintain accurate activity notes and client communication in TripleSeat (CRM) Work toward weekly sales goals and share progress with your District Manager Represent Spare Time with professionalism, energy, and creativity What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, business development, account management, or community partnerships Comfort working with business clients and organizational decision-makers Strong relationship-building and communication skills Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, visits, networking) Creative, proactive, and self-directed CRM experience preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Join Spare Time? Requirements
