Senior Helpers is a leading provider of in-home senior care, dedicated to helping older adults live safely and independently in their homes. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our referral network and help more families access high-quality care. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where your work directly contributes to improving the lives of seniors and growing a thriving healthcare organization. This is not a desk marketing job. The most successful person in this role will be “feet on the street,” building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and becoming a trusted resource in the local senior care community. The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new client referrals through relationship-building with healthcare professionals and community partners. This role involves regular in-person visits to referral sources, presenting our services, managing referral pipelines, and helping families navigate care solutions. Success in this role requires initiative, organization, persistence, and a genuine passion for helping seniors. Ideal candidates may come from: Healthcare sales or business development Medical social work Nursing (RN, LPN) Therapy (PT, OT, SLP) Case management or discharge planning Home health, hospice, or senior living marketing
