We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Reps. In this role, you’ll manage and coach the BDR team while building and executing strategies that drive strong pipeline growth. You’ll keep a close eye on activity metrics and pipeline targets, making sure the team is set up to hit (and exceed) their goals. We’re looking for a leader who understands the sales process, knows how to motivate a team, and genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing others. This role is a key part of Trella’s Go-To-Market team as well as our company’s overall success.
