The Business Development Manager will work directly with the Kymanox Commercial Leadership Team to build new client relationships and secure new programs and projects to help our clients meet their objectives and achieve the Company’s sales goals. The Business Development Manager is primarily tasked with networking and building relationships with current and potential clients, developing new client leads, consultative selling, and closing new business in a cross-functional setting. This position is responsible to help establish and execute lead generation activities in support of the business development team. To be successful in lead generation, a willingness to utilize and optimize lead generation tools like SalesForce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are required. The Business Development Manager will drive sales for Kymanox key service areas including Combination Products, Design Engineering and Testing, Quality and Compliance, Facilities and Manufacturing Services, and Biologics and Advanced Therapies. This role will be considered remote/hybrid.
