As we continue to grow our dredging and dewatering operations throughout the South and East Coast, we are searching for a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and maintain strategic client relationships across the assigned territory. Because GFL specializes in dredging, dewatering, and chemical/polymer treatment services, experience in these areas is considered a major asset. This role requires a self-driven individual capable of working remotely, managing a large territory, and representing GFL professionally during site visits, presentations, and client meetings. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, marketing, and technical teams to prepare proposals, interpret RFPs and engineering drawings, and support accurate project estimates. This position plays a crucial role within our U.S. sales organization.
