About The Position

Cribley Materials LLC is Hiring a Business Development Manager! Location: Hempstead, TX (Houston Metro Area) Schedule: Full-Time Pay Rate: $55,000 – $65,000/year + performance-based bonuses Employment Type: Full-Time Overview Cribley Materials provides on-demand access to high-quality decorative aggregate, eliminating the traditional tradeoffs between speed, price, and reliability. We combine large-scale supply capabilities with hands-on service to help our customers move faster and operate smarter. We are seeking a driven, field-focused Business Development Manager to own and grow a defined territory in the Houston metro area. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a direct impact on business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in field environments and job sites

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience in logistics, construction, materials, or industrial sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and account expansion
  • Build relationships through in-person visits, outbound calls, and field prospecting
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Cribley Materials’ products and services
  • Collaborate with operations to align customer needs with execution and availability
  • Track pipeline, activities, and results in CRM systems
  • Travel locally within Texas; occasional travel to Dallas for training/offsites
  • Provide occasional support to site operations, including loading/unloading when needed
