About The Position
Strategize, direct and mentor the Business Development personnel, form a decisive business strategy for growth and increased profitability, seek and gain management approval for the strategy and monitor / report the efforts of subordinates in achieving the objectives of that strategy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred.
- Minimum of six years outside sales experience at the product development level, plus minimum 3-4 years of Sales Team Management experience at the Customer level, with a background in connectors or electronics preferred.
- Person must have proven leadership/management skills.
- English proficiency is required.
