About The Position

Ready to grow a mission-driven business and expand our reach across the U.S. military? If you're a high-impact sales professional with a strong public safety or defense background, ComSonics wants you on our team! We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth within all branches of the military. You'll build strategic relationships on bases and in procurement channels, identify new opportunities, and showcase how our solutions-transit services, video technology, access control, portable command centers, and advanced surveillance-support mission readiness and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of successful sales experience in public safety, defense, or government markets.
  • Strong relationships, powerful presentation skills, and proven negotiation/closing ability.
  • Professionalism, motivation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard, and defense agencies.
  • Build and strengthen long-term military partnerships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and winning proposals.
  • Travel up to 60% to meet with military contacts and decision-makers.
