Requirements

  • Experience in insurance claims, restoration, construction services, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence, reports, and follow-up materials.
  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to speak comfortably to small and large groups.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and accounts by understanding their needs through research, outreach, and consistent engagement.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to support long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Plan, attend, and participate in local conferences, trade shows, networking events, and industry association meetings.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings with prospective and current clients.
  • Present services to business owners, contractors, insurance adjusters, and other key decision-makers.
  • Organize, document, and manage personal sales workflows to identify obstacles, track progress, and measure success.
  • Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to support outreach efforts, networking, and brand visibility.
  • Participate in local and national professional associations to expand industry knowledge and professional connections.
