- Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests
- Make outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Deliver excellent communication to support customer satisfaction
- Assist the service department by driving consistent customer engagement and organization
