About The Position

Represent Bonney Forge with respect to all sales activities in a major geographic area (Southeast) of the US. Conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. Provide explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years as a salesman in this or a related industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, provide solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
  • Increase market share through development of new accounts and penetration of existing accounts.
  • Travel is required to customer locations to hold face-to-face meetings
  • Discuss pricing levels on volume-based sales with corporate to maximize Bonney Forge's market position
  • Provide monthly forecasts of bookings by product line
  • Follow-up on inquiries and orders and act to correct service problems
  • Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
