The Business Development Manager (BDM) works to improve Payentry’s market position and achieve financial growth through adding new revenue. The role of BDM is to prospect new clients and partnerships by networking, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients. Strategic planning is a key part of this role as it is the BDM’s responsibility to develop a new self-generated pipeline of partners and direct business for Payentry. This role requires a thorough knowledge of the HCM landscape, the solutions, and services Payentry can provide, and our unique market advantages.
