The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the physician and medical aesthetics marketplace. This role focuses on consultative selling of advanced anti-aging and skincare solutions, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The BDM manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to post-sale implementation and account optimization—while ensuring compliance and profitability. This position supports the DC/Maryland/Virginia territory, and candidates must reside within the DMV area.
