We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and win new national and multi-location partnerships. This role is built for a strategic seller who can engage executive decision makers, lead complex sales cycles, and position Caliber Auto Glass as the preferred long-term partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales success closing complex, enterprise or multi-location deals
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and exceed new business targets
  • Executive presence and strong negotiation capability across multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and operational review processes
  • A results-driven mindset, strong organization, and comfort with travel to support growth

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new national and multi-location accounts through strategic outreach
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from discovery through contract execution
  • Engage C-suite, VP, and Director stakeholders with consultative, value-based selling
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and SLA development in partnership with internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable delivery and smooth onboarding
  • Represent Caliber at industry events and client meetings to build credibility and opportunity
  • Monitor market trends and refine targeting strategies to stay ahead of the competition
