We are seeking qualified applicants to fill the following role:
Based in Gonzales, LA, the Business Development Manager will grow and maintain existing customer relationships as well as develop new relationships with potential customers. The successful Business Development Manager can work in a fast-paced work environment while gaining extensive knowledge of the Company's service offerings and rental equipment fleet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Must have strong customer service skills to address customer concerns and needs
• Strong self-confidence to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• Intermediate telephone and computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook
• Lift up to 50 occasionally
• Bending, stooping and ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
• Lift and organize files, office equipment and supplies in cabinets and storage boxes
• Non-Non-Exempt Classification

Responsibilities

• Preserve and further develop existing customer relationships within assigned territories
• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert to active customers within assigned territories
• Complete weekly sales reports and discuss in detail with VP of Operations
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the Company's service offerings and rental equipment fleet
• Manage and organize Company events including lunch and learns within assigned territories along with other sales representatives
