About The Position

Define and implement a market segment growth strategy, focusing specifically on Data Center cooling solutions, including both liquid and air cooling technologies. Understand industry dynamics, the decision-making chain, and the key stakeholders involved in product specifications and purchasing decisions. Analyze evolving industry requirements and translate how these changes impact the application and demand for our products. Identify relevant industry standards and requirements to guide development, qualification, testing, and demonstration activities for market legitimacy. Communicate clearly to internal stakeholders the general architecture of Data Centers and related applications for our products with respective OEMs. Collaborate closely with the technical sales team, application engineers, and the account management organization to build a pipeline of new project opportunities, define winning sales strategies, and identify growth and innovation avenues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in business development or key account sales.
  • A background in Data Center infrastructure is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with High-Density Data Center Cooling solutions is preferred.
